As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring learning programs are delivered smoothly, consistently, and at the highest quality level.
You will work closely with Learning & Development teams, business stakeholders, facilitators, and external partners to coordinate learning initiatives that support employee growth across the organization. This role combines program coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, communication, and operational excellence within a dynamic international environment.
What you do
- Coordinate end-to-end learning program operations
- Manage schedules, communications, logistics, and program administration
- Support virtual and in-person learning events
- Maintain program calendars and key milestones
- Produce attendance, forecasting, and performance reports
- Partner with HR, Learning & Development teams, and business stakeholders
- Coordinate with external vendors and training providers
- Support program delivery and learner engagement initiatives
- Facilitate webinars and virtual learning sessions
- Monitor participation data and learner feedback
- Manage courses and assignments within learning management systems
What they ask
- 2-5 years of experience in Learning Operations, Training Coordination, HR Operations, or a similar environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
