We are looking for an Insurance Doctor for a national organization specializing in insurance medicine and medical advice. You will deal with a variety of insurance medical issues and have a lot of freedom to organize your own schedule. The content of the position is not fully defined in advance; your expertise and interests will be considered to optimally shape the role.
What you do
- Conduct Insurance Medical Examinations (VGO)
- Prepare insurance medical reports and Functional Capacity Lists (FML)
- Perform FML consultations and work capacity assessments
- Evaluate complex medical and insurance medical files
- Advise on long-term or complex absenteeism
- Assess issues related to WIA and IVA
- Advise on stagnation within reintegration processes
- Conduct medical file research
- Provide insurance medical support for Sick Pay Act (Ziektewet) issues
- Consult with company doctors and other professionals on complex cases
