Business Change Manager
An organization is looking for an experienced change management professional to support a major digital transformation initiative focused on the digitization of business processes and internal reference data. The assignment will play a key role in helping operational teams embrace new ways of working, while ensuring the change approach is effectively translated into practice across the organization.
What you will do. In this role, you will help structure and drive the change management approach for the program, with a strong focus on adoption, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with program leaders, business representatives, and technical contributors to support the transition from current practices to the future operating model.
- Follow up on and operationalize the change management approach defined with the program team.
- Identify transformation challenges within business teams and act as a bridge between operational stakeholders and the program.
- Collaborate closely with the change management team, program leadership, analysts, technical teams, and key business stakeholders.
- Ensure operational teams understand the transformation objectives and adopt the new tools and working methods.
- Contribute to refining communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders, aligned with program constraints.
- Build trust with key business contacts and help co-develop practical tools to support the move from the current state to the target state, with a strong emphasis on the human side of change.
- Report to the lead change manager.
Profile
The ideal candidate combines senior-level change management expertise with strong communication skills and a proven ability to guide teams through transformation. You should be comfortable working across different levels of the organization, influencing without authority, and supporting resistance management in complex environments.
