An HR specialist for flexible and temporary IT staffing is looking for a Project Manager for one of their clients. This position can be filled with either a permanent or a freelance contract. You will be responsible for the successful realization of infrastructure projects within a complex and operational environment. You will take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and ensure efficient collaboration between all involved parties.
You will be the connecting link between business, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
What you will do.
- Coordinate and monitor infrastructure projects from A to Z
- Manage internal teams, external partners
- Establish, monitor, and adjust project plans, budgets
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
- Report on progress, risks, and budgets to stakeholders and management
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ensure quality, governance, and compliance with agreed standards
Profile
- At least several years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, infrastructure, or technical projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience in successfully managing various internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Stress-resistant and results-oriented
