You can be a supervisor for about 30 colleagues in a sorting center.
What you will do.
- Coach team members to achieve goals and develop competencies.
- Address employee behavior for pleasant collaboration.
- Achieve targets by managing staffing, quality, and team expertise.
- Account for hours worked.
- Identify training needs and coordinate them with the People Coach.
- Participate in improvement projects and take initiative for workplace improvement actions.

Profile
- MBO level (intermediate vocational education).
- Experience in leading operational teams.
- Affinity with logistics processes.
- Good digital skills.

- Willingness to work varying shifts.
