Retail Marketing Director Football

You will lead the Football retail brand strategy across the EMEA region for a leading global sportswear and apparel brand, driving best-in-class consumer experiences across direct-to-consumer stores and key retail partners. Ideal for an experienced retail marketing and brand leader with a passion for football, sport, culture, and consumer engagement. You'll lead a high-performing team, shape retail storytelling, and ensure the Football business shows up with distinction across a complex marketplace.

What you will do.

• Lead the Football retail brand strategy across EMEA.
• Drive premium consumer experiences across the brand's Direct and partner retail channels.
• Lead and develop a team of retail marketing professionals.
• Shape and execute Go-To-Market strategies for Football products and campaigns.
• Translate consumer insights into impactful retail activations and storytelling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Planning.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around a common vision.
