As a residential appraiser, you are responsible for performing and elaborating appraisals of residential properties. Your activities include:
- Performing appraisals of residential homes and objects
- Analyzing market data and relevant documentation
- Preparing clear and well-substantiated appraisal reports
- Maintaining contact with clients and other involved parties
- Independently planning and organizing your work activities
