HR Advisor with a focus on Sustainable Employability

A municipal organization is undergoing significant development and is looking for an HR advisor with a focus on sustainable employability.

What you will do.

• You fulfill an organization-wide coordinating and advisory role in the field of sustainable employability.
• You are an important discussion partner for colleagues, managers, the works council, and other internal stakeholders.
• You advise managers and HR colleagues on complex cases, organization-wide issues, and developments in your field.
• You analyze absenteeism, employability, and health data, identifying trends, risks, and developments.
• You translate these, along with practical experiences and relevant legislation, into clear advice, policies, management information, and concrete interventions aimed at prevention and sustainable employability.
• You are part of the Occupational Health and Safety team and play a coordinating role within it.
• You monitor the coherence between occupational health and safety, prevention, and sustainable employability, and contribute to the proper implementation and follow-up of, among other things, the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) and Periodic Occupational Health Examination (PAGO/PMO).
• You have a steering role in the field of social security.
• You coordinate the processes surrounding self-insurance for the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) and the Work and Income (Capacity for Work) Act (WGA), and monitor the associated procedures, workflows, and agreements.
• You maintain collaboration with external partners, such as the occupational health service, insurers, and intervention providers.
• From an HR perspective, you are involved in tenders and contract management, ensuring that agreements, services, and available prevention budgets optimally contribute to the objectives of sustainable employability.
• You bring a vitality program to life within the organization.
• You inspire and activate colleagues to consciously engage with their health and employability.
• You build, together with fitness ambassadors, prevention officers, the works council, and external partners, an attractive vitality offering.
