As an All-round Platform Administrator, you are responsible for the daily technical management of a crucial platform within a government organization. You ensure that servers, middleware, and platform components function stably, securely, and predictably. You perform regular maintenance, analyze disruptions, and actively contribute to structural improvements. You are a constant link between operations, development teams, and other administrators, and you understand the impact of disruptions on the mission.
What you will do.
- Daily management of servers and platform services
- Handling and analyzing incidents and malfunctions
- Executing changes according to established procedures
- Supporting releases and deployments
- Identifying structural bottlenecks and proposing improvements
- Documenting and maintaining technical documentation
Place in the organization. You will initially report to the Platform Product Owner. Additionally, you will work closely with operational users, architecture, data, and security specialists, other administrators within the platform team, and chain partners inside and outside the organization. In this collaboration, you actively contribute to alignment between operations, technology, and management, ensuring the platform remains reliable and ready for deployment.
