Corporate Culture Project Manager

For a large, international organization, we are looking for a Project Manager who will help shape a strategic program around corporate culture. This program supports the long-term ambitions of the organization. You will work closely with the strategic lead for culture and ensure that the various initiatives are prepared, executed, and followed up in a structured manner. You combine strong project management with stakeholder coordination, communication, and a genuine interest in cultural and organizational change.

What you will do.

  • Establish, monitor, and update the overall project planning, roadmap, milestones
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and outstanding actions
  • Follow up on capacity, resources, budgets, and performance within the program
  • Prepare and organize workshops, focus groups, interviews, meetings, and cultural interventions
  • Draft agendas, presentations, reports, action plans, and follow-up overviews
  • Support change, communication, and engagement activities
  • Coordinate surveys and other cultural diagnostics
  • Collect and structure qualitative and quantitative feedback from employees and managers
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and progress updates for sponsors and governance bodies
  • Monitor participation, adoption, and relevant cultural KPIs
  • Coordinate with HR, Communication, business teams, and external partners
  • Develop workshop materials, toolkits, and practical activation tools
  • Manage project documentation, version control
  • Provide practical and administrative project support, including invitations, mailboxes, document management, and meeting preparation

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through relevant experience
  • At least two years of experience with project management and familiar with project methodologies and associated tools
  • Can structuredly follow up on plans, budgets, actions, risks
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Communicates professionally and fluently in Dutch, French, and English, both orally and in writing
  • Experience within HR, organizational culture, leadership development, or change management is highly relevant
  • Experience within a large, complex, or international organization is an added value
  • Maintains an overview, but at the same time pays great attention to detail and qualitative follow-up
  • Diplomatic, customer-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management
  • Works autonomously, proactively, and pragmatically, and quickly takes ownership
  • Can engage and motivate people, without losing a connecting and team-oriented approach
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and can clearly summarize complex information
  • Feels at home in a dynamic, multicultural environment
