As a Junior Doctor in Occupational Medicine, you play an important role in promoting the health, employability, and well-being of employees.
- You conduct medical assessments.
- You advise both employers and employees on absenteeism, reintegration, and prevention.
- During consultations, you investigate factors influencing employees' capacity for work, such as medical complaints, workplace conditions, lifestyle, psychosocial factors, and private life issues.
- You provide clear advice contributing to sustainable recovery and a successful return to work.
- You collaborate closely with occupational physicians, case managers, and practice assistants within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ample guidance is provided, with opportunities to discuss cases and further develop within the field.

Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Medicine.
- Valid BIG registration (Dutch individual healthcare professional registration).
- Interest in work and health, and affinity with occupational health services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and engaged attitude towards employees and employers.
