What you will do.

You guide employees in case of absence and employability and make an important contribution to high-quality advice.
Conducting consultations and guiding employees during their recovery process.
Providing medical advice on absence and sustainable employability to employees and employers.
Assessing work capacity and drawing up appropriate advice within the framework of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
Collaborating with fellow doctors, case managers, and other disciplines within the team.
Contributing to preventive activities, including PAGO/PMO (periodic occupational health examinations) trajectories and RI&E (Risk Inventory & Evaluation) issues.
Identifying health risks and advising on measures to prevent absenteeism.
Following coaching, training, and educational activities aimed at further professional development.

Profile

You are a physician who enjoys performing socially relevant work and gains energy from guiding people towards a sustainable return to work.
You can switch well between different situations and know how to combine medical expertise with clear communication.
A completed university degree in Medicine.
A valid BIG registration.
A proactive and quality-oriented work attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Interest in occupational medicine and the ambition to further develop, for example, towards training as an occupational physician.
