For a residential facility supporting adult clients with intellectual disabilities, a Care Assistant Plus / Assistant supervisor is sought. Residents live in their own apartments and require support with daily structure, care, and practical matters. The facility is characterized by proximity, attention, and a homely atmosphere. You will join a dedicated team where collaboration is important.
What you will do.
- Support with personal care and ADL (Activities of Daily Living)
- Guide residents in the morning or evening
- Cook and share meals
- Perform laundry and household tasks
- Do grocery shopping
- Contribute to a pleasant and homely atmosphere in the residence
- Observe residents' well-being and discuss it with colleagues
Profile
- Completed MBO level 2 education, for example, Care & Welfare Assistant
- Affinity with disability care
- A practical and independent work attitude
- A warm and client-oriented character
- Flexibility for day and evening shifts
- A proactive mentality
