Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you play an important role in the continuous improvement of digital products for a media company. By analyzing user behavior and gathering insights, you support the Product Teams in making data-driven product choices.

What you will do.

• Map trends and patterns using visualization tools.
• Extract relevant information from organization-wide dashboards and reports.
• Make KPIs transparent for the Product Teams and refine them where necessary.
• Identify opportunities and propose product improvements in the form of hypotheses and experiments, substantiated with data.
• Understand how metrics influence each other.
• Help Product Teams make better data-driven product decisions that deliver more value to end-users and contribute to business objectives.
• Ensure growth in data maturity of the Product Teams and Product Owners by adding data insights at the right moments in the development process.

What they ask

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analysis role in a data-driven, digital environment.
• Ability to empathize with the end-user.
• Passion for data, technology, and product development.
• Curious and investigative mindset.
• Good team player and strong communicator.
• Knowledge of Product Analytics tooling (preferably Contentsquare / Heap / Amplitude).
• Knowledge of A/B - multivariate testing tooling (preferably VWO).
• Knowledge of BI tooling (preferably Looker).
• Able to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights and action points.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and OKR-driven work within cross-functional / multidisciplinary teams.

Wishes.

• Prior experience in digital product development for websites and apps with high visitor numbers.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, ETL processes, and tools like dbt.
• Knowledge of languages like SQL and Python.
