In this role, you work closely with various stakeholders and use your strategic and process-oriented skills to convert complex issues into workable solutions. What you do
- Contribute to tender strategies and translate them into concrete contractual agreements.
- Guide contract processes from start to signing and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Identify changes in contracts and initiate extensions or renegotiations where necessary.
- Advise colleagues and management on contractual issues and propose improvements.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to constructive collaboration.
Profile
We are looking for a contract manager who can think strategically and maintain relationships within the social domain.
- HBO diploma (higher professional education) and experience in contract management.
- Knowledge of CATS CM or Nevi is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
