A growing real estate agency is looking for an experienced, IPI-certified real estate agent who wants to contribute, on an independent basis, to the continued growth of the organization.

What you do
- As an independent real estate agent, you manage your files from start to finish.
- You prospect for new sales assignments.
- You further expand your network.
- You conduct purchase discussions and valuations.
- You organize visits.
- You negotiate and guide both buyer and seller throughout the entire sales process.
- You are a professional confidant who correctly informs and guides both seller and potential buyer, with the aim of building and maintaining lasting relationships.
What they ask
- You have a valid IPI number as a real estate agent-broker.
- You are self-employed.
- You uphold professionalism and IPI ethics.
- You have demonstrable experience in residential real estate.
- You can independently prospect and acquire new sales assignments.
- You take initiative and identify commercial opportunities.
- You work meticulously, professionally, and customer-focused.
- You communicate correctly and transparently.
- You agree that freedom and responsibility go hand in hand.
- Language skills: Dutch (Good), French (Medium).
- Required studies: Graduate (higher vocational education) or Bachelor, or equivalent by experience.
Practical
- You can make use of the administrative support, systems, and commercial framework of the organization.
- Your remuneration is directly linked to your results.
- The organization is open to your proposal for a commission structure.
