The mission of the student services of a public educational institution is to support students and create equal opportunities for everyone.

What you do

You will be part of a multidisciplinary first-line team.
You will support students with a functional disability regarding learning and life questions.
You will ensure that students with an auditory, visual, or motor disability, a chronic illness, a developmental disorder D), or a psychiatric disability can fully participate in higher education.
You will provide information and conduct exploratory interviews.
You will grant functional disability status and advise on educational and/or examination facilities.
You will take on an intermediary and coordinating role with faculties and other stakeholders by informing, sensitizing, and activating them in concrete support actions.

You combine empathy with professional judgment.
You analyze complex situations and arrive at well-founded advice or decisions.
You build collaborative relationships easily with various internal and external partners.
You maintain an overview, set priorities, and organize your work efficiently.

You have an affinity for inclusion, accessibility, and supporting students with a functional disability.
You take initiative, collaborate constructively, and handle confidential information discreetly.
You preferably hold a master's degree, for example in psychology or educational sciences, or have equivalent relevant experience.
