For a sheet metal project, an experienced CAD Drafter/Engineer is sought to make an existing product fully production-ready.
What you do
- Redraw and 3D model an existing physical product in SolidWorks
- Develop Sheet Metal models and flat patterns (DXF/DWG) for laser cutting and bending
- Create complete 2D production and assembly drawings, including tolerances, mating surfaces, bending radii, and material specifications
- Ensure a neat, structured build-up of Parts, Assemblies & Drawings
What they ask
- Extensive, demonstrable experience with SolidWorks 3D, especially Sheet Metal
- Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques (laser cutting, bending, welding)
- Eye for detail and precision in dimensioning and tolerances
