You will work in a department that manages dozens of complex projects, processes, and programs within the social, safety, and spatial domains.

This department is the home base for managing large external and internal projects, processes, and programs.
One of the projects concerns student housing on a campus area of an educational institution.
An urban development plan has been established as a spatial framework for the realization of 1,800-2,100 student homes.
The development site is located in a prominent spot on the campus and in an innovation district.
The goal is to achieve higher building density and functional mixing, which strengthens the economic innovation power, vibrancy, and liveability of the environment.
The location will be made more attractive and socially safely connected to function as a whole, and will serve as a city entrance from the east side.

Alleviate the urgent housing shortage for students.
Create a vibrant, connected, and innovative interaction environment.
Connect campus areas with this development.
Revitalize existing sports functions.
Provide a quality boost for the area.
Develop supporting facilities in the plinth and the directly adjacent public space.
Guide a thorough participation process with stakeholders in the immediate vicinity.
Provide extensive communication about the progress of various plan components.
Manage planning, finances, and various interests.
Realize 1,800-2,100 student homes in three phases.
Guide internal and external processes and provide creative and professional direction.
Bring people and stakeholders together.
Work on a vibrant, connected, and innovative environment that connects campus areas.
Contribute to the revitalization of sports functions and the quality of the area.

What they ask

HBO or university level of work and thinking.
At least two (2) years of demonstrable experience as a project manager for or on behalf of a government organization (municipality, province, state) in the past ten years.
At least three (3) years of experience as a project manager of complex processes, programs, and projects within a complex organization in the past ten years.
At least three (3) years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in the past ten years.

Desired.

Demonstrable work experience with participation involving many stakeholders in the past ten years.
Demonstrable experience as a project manager with student housing or special target groups in the past ten years.
