What you do
- Take necessary commercial initiatives and actively expand your network
- Identify new opportunities and market developments
- Analyze complex investment files and defend them before an investment committee
- Negotiate with key management, shareholders
- Ensure the appropriate structuring of financing within the global financing structure, with an eye on an appropriate risk-return ratio
- Actively monitor the investment portfolio and provide appropriate solutions for value preservation and return realization

- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Energized by client contact and seeing commercial opportunities where others still see questions
- Critical mindset
- Tackle complex financing files and seek the right financing solution together with entrepreneurs
What they ask
- University degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: M&A advisory, leveraged/acquisition finance, investment banking, private debt, corporate finance, audit, consultancy with transaction experience
- Experience in developing and/or critically analyzing business models and financial plans
- Experience in conducting investment analyses and negotiating transactions
- A well-developed network and commercial flair
