You manage and optimize framework contracts for facility services, maintain relationships with suppliers, and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations. You contribute to implementing a uniform, quality, and cost-effective service throughout the country within an organization that manages railway infrastructure.
What you do
- Coordinate and manage national and local framework contracts (cleaning, building maintenance, catering, etc.).
- Evaluate, optimize, and renew contracts.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and play a key role in negotiations, in collaboration with the Procurement and Legal departments.
- Monitor and analyze costs and performance.
- Provide reports and advice to management.
- Ensure compliance with legislation during activities.
- Support local Facility Coordinators.
Profile
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in both national languages.
- Experience in facility management and SAP modules.
- Proven experience in negotiations and contract management.
- Very good knowledge of public procurement.
- Customer-oriented, analytical, innovative, and determined.
- Team player.
