What you do
As a Production Worker, you will work on industrial production lines. On a daily basis, you actively participate in the smooth running of production by performing manual operations or using mechanized, semi-automated, or automated equipment. You ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards, while contributing to the performance and efficiency of the production lines.
- Ensure continuous supply of raw materials and packaging consumables to the lines.
- Participate in manufacturing and packaging operations, ensuring the smooth running of the different production stages.
- Monitor equipment operation and intervene in simple incidents (jams, first-level adjustments) under the supervision of the line operator.
- Carry out handling operations and evacuation of finished products.
- Perform required quality controls and complete associated documents.
- Verify control points defined on the production line.
- Strictly adhere to quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental protection procedures.
- Correctly use the personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary for your position.
- Participate in the cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of your workstation and facilities.
- Foster a good team spirit by sharing best practices and useful information for the activity.
- Demonstrate versatility by working on different workstations and production lines as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting anomalies and proposing areas for improvement.
