You will work in a residential care center where over 145 elderly residents require 24/7 care and support. Various forms of care are offered, including physical care and a closed PG unit. The departments work closely together. The center is further developing as a 'Neighborhood of the Future' with innovative care and well-being concepts. You will join an open and warm work environment where colleagues help each other and collectively build future-oriented elderly care.

- You will provide personalized care, taking into account the individual wishes and needs of residents.
- Maintaining independence and the overall well-being of residents are central to your work.
- You will demonstrate empathy and expertise in dealing with family members and relatives of residents.
- You will contribute to enabling residents to lead the life they are accustomed to.
