As a healthcare professional within the flexible bureau of a healthcare organization, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in various departments within mental healthcare. You will work at different locations and decide when and where you work. You will gain broad experience with diverse target groups.
What you do
- Provide support during a crisis, substitute in case of illness, or temporarily reinforce a team
- Participate in the daily care of the department and join the permanent team
- Guide clients in their recovery process, establish contact, offer structure and safety
- Signal changes in behavior or mood
- As a nurse: be deployed for nursing technical procedures or in crisis situations in specific departments
- Work flexibly in clinics for Acute Psychiatry, Continued Clinical Treatment, Psychiatry and Addiction, Psychosomatics, Geriatric Psychiatry, FACT Center Clinic, and Eating Disorders
- Both schedule in advance and step in ad hoc for a shift
Profile
- Healthcare professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment and values the freedom to determine their own schedule
- Able to work independently and be a true team player
- Able to switch quickly and adapt easily to new teams and situations
- Stand firm and have a big heart for mental healthcare
What they ask
- Completed MBO SPW, MBO MZ, MBO PW, MBO Agogisch medewerker GGZ, MBO Persoonlijk begeleider specifieke doelgroepen (for Supervisor FWG 40 - 45)
- Completed HBO SPH, HBO MWD or HBO Social Work, WO Psychologie or Sociale Wetenschappen (for Supervisor FWG 45)
- Completed MBO or HBO Verpleegkunde (for Nurse FWG 40 - 45)
- BIG-registered (if applicable)
- Preferably experience within mental healthcare
