As a real estate project coordinator, you will hold an independent and coordinating position within the real estate department of a social organization. The organization faces a significant real estate challenge, exploring various scenarios from partial demolition and new construction to complete new construction. Simultaneously, there is a development task within the department itself, with a need for more structure, overview, and a project-based way of working.

- Coordinate and monitor multiple real estate projects
- Implement a clear project structure from initiation to completion
- Monitor planning, deadlines, budgets, risks
- Ensure agreements and responsibilities are clearly defined
- Address colleagues and external parties regarding agreed-upon arrangements
- Further develop and implement systematic and project-based working
- Develop clear and transferable processes and working methods
- Monitor the deployment and results of external advisors
- Act as a discussion partner for contractors, suppliers
- Assess and understand technical and financial information
- Engage colleagues in a forward-looking and project-based way of working
- Guide a colleague who can further develop towards a coordinating role
