An experienced New Business Sales Manager who is energized by opening new doors, creating opportunities, and ultimately acquiring new clients. You will join a sales team within an organization that has been active for years in the world of credit management and debt collection. You will have the freedom to develop your own market and build your own client portfolio.
What you will do.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients
- Opening new doors and actively approaching potential clients
- Building your own sales pipeline and actively creating new opportunities
- Establishing contact with decision-makers and ensuring you get meetings
- Identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into concrete agreements
- Conducting sales conversations and convincingly presenting the services
- Building long-term client relationships
- Following up on your own leads and prospects and independently managing the sales process
- Collaborating with colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and experience
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience within B2B / business services
- A relevant personal network within the business market
- Experience with independently acquiring new clients
- Preferably experience within the debt collection and/or debtor management market
- Guts and persuasiveness, easily approaches new people
- Strong commercial drive and energized by achieving results
- Proactive attitude and sees opportunities where others might miss them
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Possesses a driving license
Practical
- Willing to work in the office
