As an email marketer, you play a key role in the daily digital contact with customers of a supermarket organization. You ensure that our communication is relevant, personal, and reaches the right target group at the right time. You translate customer data into impactful communication, from inspiring campaigns to smart automated flows, to improve the customer relationship.
What you will do.
- Develop and execute appealing email and push campaigns that reach and activate customers
- Set up, manage, and optimize automated marketing flows within the customer journey
- Ensure a strong and up-to-date email database as a basis for personal communication
- Continuously (A/B) test and improve content, timing, segmentation
- Identify opportunities in the field of marketing automation, personalization, and AI-supported marketing
- Analyze results and translate them into even better and more personal customer communication
Profile
- Higher professional education in digital marketing and/or communication (supplemented with vocational training)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience with developing and optimizing campaigns, customer segmentations, and lifecycle flows
- Experience with marketing automation tools, email service providers, or CRM platforms is a plus
- Affinity with AI applications within marketing, personalization, or content optimization is a plus
