Contract Manager
You will work for a government organization with significant social responsibility. The organization is characterized by an informal working atmosphere and encourages development and broad applicability. Flexibility is offered in activities and interesting internal projects. The team handles procurement and contract management for the Youth Act and the Social Support Act 2015.
From 2027, this will transition to a regional cooperation organization, aiming to provide a well-organized range of care and support for residents.
What you will do. As a contract manager, you are responsible for the contract management of a portion of the care services.
- You conduct independent discussions with care providers.
- You monitor performance and identify risks.
- You collaborate on improvements.
- You maintain primary contact with providers and support them in complying with contractual agreements.
- You contribute to internal and external information provision.
- You support colleagues in projects and the implementation of improvements in providers' working methods.
- You are the first point of contact for contracted providers and manage the contracts.
- You ensure good agreements with care providers to monitor and achieve desired results and qualitative performance.
- You liaise with municipal teams responsible for referrals.
- You coordinate the substantive responses to questions from providers.
- You work closely with the contract administrator and regional contract managers.
- You will be deployed as a project team member in various projects.

What they ask
- Demonstrable knowledge of Youth Care and Wmo.
- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a contract manager within the government, preferably with a municipal or regional organization.
- 'Bring your own device' applies; no IT resources will be provided.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience with CATS CM.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a contract manager in the social domain.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 4 years with Youth Care and/or Wmo.
Practical
- For the first 2 weeks, you are expected to be in the office every day for onboarding.
