You will have the opportunity to work on a deliberately limited but technically challenging portfolio of cases. You will be involved with companies active in real estate, commerce, new technologies, and investment funds. The work environment is based on trust, autonomy, and accountability. What you do
- You support the various supervisors in managing their teams and provide your expertise when necessary.
- You ensure the overall monitoring of accounting activities and the proper organization of portfolios within the different teams.
- You are involved in the integration of new clients and participate in the distribution of files based on the skills and capacities of each team.
- You take part in the development of collaborators by supporting them on technical aspects and fostering knowledge transfer.
- You participate in the implementation of training sessions as well as various interviews and performance evaluations.
- You are also in regular contact with accounting managers from other international offices to ensure effective communication, reliable reporting, and consistency of working methods.
- You actively contribute to the department's growth while maintaining significant freedom in managing your responsibilities.
Profile
- You hold the title of Certified Accountant and wish to apply your experience in an international environment.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a fiduciary or comparable environment, with significant initial experience in team supervision.
- Your professional level of English allows you to communicate easily with international clients and with the group's various teams.
- You are a person capable of supporting your collaborators by prioritizing delegation, trust, and accountability.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable with preparing reports and presenting results.
