As an electrical fitter or security service technician, you will carry out electrical installations, security systems, and AV solutions for clients in a specific region. You will connect distribution boards, lay data and control cables, and commission installations for utility projects. The core of the assignment is to precisely build safe, reliable, and sustainable installations in office, educational, and other secure environments of varying scales.
You will work for a technical service provider that realizes sustainable, safe, and comfortable solutions in the field of electrical installations, security systems, audio-video, control technology, and home automation. Modern systems are used for building management, access control, CCTV, fire alarm systems, data infrastructures, and audiovisual technology.
What you do
- Install electrical installations and/or security and AV systems for clients
- Connect distribution boards and electrical installations according to applicable standards
- Test installations and commission systems upon delivery
- Install cable trays and pull power, data, and control cables
- Mount cables and components in a neat, structured manner
- Contribute ideas during execution and propose practical solutions on site
- Support colleagues and contribute to a smooth project flow
What they ask
- Experience in electrical engineering (or equivalent) or strong motivation to develop in this field
- Energetic, independent, and responsible in carrying out tasks
- Solution-oriented and practical approach to work
- Valid VCA certificate and driving license B
- An MBV certificate is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Ability to function as a team player who can also work independently
- Willingness to follow training courses and obtain certifications
