Guiding and assessing students during their vocational practical training (BPV) and the final practical examination.
- Collaborating with the student and their practical trainer at the training company.
What you will do.
- Guide students largely remotely during their BPV and maintain contact with the student and practical trainer.
- Support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on development and progress.
- Identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical trainer accordingly.
- Conduct a visit to the BPV location at the beginning of the period.
- Assess the student during the final practical examination at the workplace.
Profile
- Completed HBO bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a comparable relevant field.
- Extensive and current practical experience within construction and/or infrastructure, preferably as a site manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in guiding students or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
- Preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
- Knowledge of the main outlines of an MBO program in construction/infrastructure and the associated qualification files.
- Willingness to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary.
- Preferably possess a driving license and own transport.
- Good communication and social skills, able to guide students remotely in a pleasant and motivating way.
- Demonstrably legally independent and working from expertise for multiple clients.
