Piping Supervisor Construction Coordinator

An industrial refinery is looking for a professional to manage the construction of new piping installations and the modification of existing systems. You will combine technical knowledge with daily site supervision and communicate smoothly between executing partners and internal departments. You will play an important role in the preparation, execution, testing, and commissioning of the installations.

What you will do.

• Follow up on piping works from preparation to delivery, ensuring that safety, quality, and progress remain central.
• Participate in project kick-offs, assess technical feasibility, and check proposed work methods.
• Support the onboarding and introduction of external contractors.
• Direct the daily activities of external contractors and closely monitor execution on site.
• Verify that works proceed safely and according to proper procedures, with extra vigilance for critical activities such as hot work, work at height, and lifting and hoisting operations.
• Actively follow up on risk analyses and safety measures.
• Intervene and adjust as necessary in unsafe situations.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams such as production, safety, engineering, maintenance, and turnaround.
• Verify that execution and technical documentation comply with applicable specifications, procedures, and good practice.
• Monitor priorities, follow up on planning, and report on progress.
• Contribute to finding feasible solutions for technical or organizational problems.
• Monitor the quality of works during testing and preparation for commissioning.
• Help manage additional and reduced works, track additional costs, and check associated performance statements.
