Site Manager

You will work on transforming outdated buildings into modern structures. You are a key point of contact on the construction site and ensure that transformation projects are realized according to planning, budget, and quality requirements. You lead projects, communicate with clients, and solve problems. The work is diverse and requires smart solutions.

What you do

  • Provide daily leadership for the execution of transformation and renovation projects
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor planning, budget, and quality throughout the entire construction process
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Identify risks and proactively respond to unforeseen circumstances
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site
  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of projects

What they ask

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a site manager in construction, preferably in renovation or transformation
  • Demonstrable experience in managing subcontractors and monitoring planning and budget
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of building regulations, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Fluent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
