What you do
- Provide daily leadership for the execution of transformation and renovation projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor planning, budget, and quality throughout the entire construction process
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
- Identify risks and proactively respond to unforeseen circumstances
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of projects

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a site manager in construction, preferably in renovation or transformation
- Demonstrable experience in managing subcontractors and monitoring planning and budget
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
