Advisor Transformation & Contracts Valuations Appraisals

You contribute to the development of a major city. As an advisor, you use your expertise to address complex issues through private law. You ensure that the private law instrument is properly applied through (land) contracts for real estate and third parties. You examine the scope within notarial deeds of third-party real estate to guide spatial planning, economy, and safety. You are given ample room for your own input, creativity, and independence.

You coach colleagues during negotiations, complaint handling, valuation issues, and risk assessment in debtor management. You transfer knowledge about valuations and appraisals to the team to enhance its quality.

What you do

  • Approach issues from different angles and arrive at creative and integrated solutions for transformation and demolition-new construction projects, economic, and safety issues.
  • Assess valuation issues, such as land value calculations, ground lease calculations, and complex value calculations.
  • Manage contracts, including demanding compliance with obligations from a deed or amending deeds.
  • Handle and process complaints, WOO requests, and AVG issues.
  • Advise and guide private individuals, entrepreneurs, and project developers on exemption procedures and early termination of ground leases.
  • View contracts integrally, see the deed as an opportunity, and strategically deploy it in private initiatives.
  • Conduct negotiations, coach, and guide colleagues.
  • Identify risks for the organization in debtor management.
  • Make proposals for efficient settlement of payment arrears.

Profile

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual who can devise applicable solutions for transformation issues. You work quickly and accurately, adapt rapidly, and thrive in a busy work environment. Furthermore, you are a strong personality, a full-fledged discussion partner, and a dealmaker who thinks in solutions and can advise. You excel in your communication skills, both written and verbal.

What they ask

  • Minimum of a completed university (WO) degree in finance, valuations, real estate, business economics, or civil engineering.
  • Registered as an appraiser with NRVT GZV.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in real estate, land affairs, and area development, gained in the past 15 years.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with advising, executing, and assessing transformations, valuation issues, and/or ground lease of real estate, land affairs, and area development, gained in the past 15 years.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with training juniors and mediors in real estate, land affairs, and area development, gained in the past 5 years.
  • Work experience with valuations of transformation projects.

Wishes.

  • Work experience gained at a public organization with more than 160,000 inhabitants.
  • Knowledge of private law and property law, specifically focused on real estate, ground lease, or transformations.
