An IT Integrator is sought for a large financial organization.
What you do
- Act as the central IT point of contact, coordinating program impact and delivery across a complex data landscape.
- Cover end-to-end delivery, dependency and risk management, governance, decision-making, and senior stakeholder alignment across countries, domains, and technical teams.
- Provide clear reporting on scope, progress, risks, decisions, and production readiness within an international Agile environment.
What they ask
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Integrator, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar in complex IT environments.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-domain programs and managing complex dependencies across organizational boundaries and countries.
- Strong practical understanding of Data Management landscapes, including data lakes, DWH, data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, and data consumption.
- Experience assessing how changes to data sources or products impact consuming systems, reports, processes, and teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate Product Leads, architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, and influencing skills across Business, IT, and Architecture.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
