What you will do.
- Actively expand the client portfolio in the wider region.
- Be the trusted person for buyer and seller, advising, visiting, and negotiating until the deal is closed.
- Ensure that every file is administratively in order and meticulously follow up on everything until the deed.
- Be easily accessible and proactively respond to the needs and wishes of clients.
Profile
- In possession of a BIV number and relevant experience in the sector.
- Prospecting and selling are in your blood. You are a born communicator who effortlessly establishes contacts.
- Lives in the region or has a very strong network there. A B driving license and own car are essential.
- Can manage your own agenda, takes initiative, and exudes confidence.
- Evening or weekend work is seen as an opportunity.
- Friendly, professional, and presentable.
