An organization is looking for experienced full-stack developers to support the development of business applications and the modernization of an existing application landscape. The focus is on improving security, maintainability, performance, and long-term technical sustainability while working closely with established development teams.
What you will do.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of business-critical applications across different processes and application areas.
- Modernize existing functionality and, where needed, redesign or rewrite legacy components.
- Build new features in line with ongoing business and technical needs.
- Support the modernization of data collection applications used for enterprises and citizens, including processes related to statistical data collection and sample management.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions according to planning and operational priorities.
What they ask
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, with recent development exposure in Angular 9+ and new applications built in Angular 17+.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Solid background in Java development.
- Good understanding of REST-based services.
- Experience with SQL.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to.NET is mentioned as part of the required skill set.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience with Angular.
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Proven experience as an application developer.
- Comfortable working in a modern full-stack environment as well as with legacy technologies and processes.
- Able to contribute to both maintenance and modernization initiatives.
Practical information.
- Languages: fluent Dutch, fluent English, and fluent French.
