You will join a warm SME environment that supports clients, architects, and insured parties in the legal and technical analysis of claims.
What you will do.
- Full management of claims files
- Opening and analyzing new files
- Checking documents and requesting missing information
- Legal analysis of insurance contracts and agreements
- Determining responsibilities and insurance coverage
- Appointing and following up with technical experts
- Mailbox management and communication prioritization
- Organizing your agenda based on file progress
- Coordination with architects, lawyers, and other partners
- Payment of fees
- Following up on ongoing legal procedures
What they are looking for.
- Proactive and structured Master of Laws
- Enjoys working independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Quick learning ability and structured approach
- Experience in claims management or insurance is a plus
- Experience at the bar is an additional asset
- Dutch-speaking, with knowledge of French or English
- Hands-on SME mentality: flexible, collaborative

- Contract: temporary with option for permanent
