You will lead the technical preparation and realization of large-scale modifications and new construction projects for ships and shore installations, to ensure operational readiness and safety. Within a technical department, you will coordinate the detailed engineering for platform, sensor, command, and weapon systems. This role contributes to the technical deployability of maritime units and thus to safety and international missions.
What you do
- Translate complex requirements into workable designs
- Monitor quality and facilitate collaboration between internal and external engineers
- Be the point of contact for technical specifications
- Evaluate solutions and provide direction to both the internal design office and external outsourcing partners
- Prepare designs, conduct risk analyses, provide innovation advice, and report to the client and project leaders

- Demonstrable experience with electrical engineering in a maritime or similar complex environment
