As part of the modernization of its Industry 4.0 solutions, a major player in the aeronautical industry is looking for an IT Platform Run Leader. The group's industrial sites carry out high-precision machining and forging operations on components for the aeronautical industry. The team is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining digital tools and technological means to support business teams and industrial production operations.
The IT platform must meet high requirements in terms of robustness, performance, scalability, security, availability, traceability, and quality of service.
What you do
- Be responsible for the quality of service of the IT platform for both application teams and end-users
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the architecture and technical operation of the information system
- Analyze protocols, flows, and data structures
- Develop the technical testing strategy and ensure its validation
- Execute tests focusing on the technical qualities of the IS: robustness, performance, scalability, security, traceability, etc.
- Identify problems, investigate their origin, and implement or propose appropriate corrections
- Measure system performance and identify sources of slowdown
- Propose and implement optimizations to improve performance
- Participate in the design and improvement of the CI/CD chain
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and quality of service
- Fully integrate into the project team
- Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity
- Maintain a positive and constructive attitude
- Be able to provide a critical and benevolent perspective on requirements and specifications
- Regularly propose improvements in project operations
- Actively contribute to collective success
Profile
- Engineering degree or experienced IT technician
- Significant experience of at least 8 years in the operation of large information systems, particularly in implementing solutions guaranteeing quality of service
- Experience in a role as an operations team leader / IT Operations
- Ability to structure and deploy the processes, procedures, and tools necessary for managing the quality of service of an information system
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to identify the origin of incidents and malfunctions to resolve them
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry / OT world is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team while being autonomous
- Knowledge of the ITIL v4 framework; ITIL certification is appreciated but not mandatory, provided a good command of the associated principles and practices is demonstrated
- Team spirit, curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, ability to take initiatives, proposal force, transparency, benevolence, results orientation
