What you do
- Responsible for the general medical care of all clients within the organization.
- Develops, implements, and monitors medical policy as a key content figure.
- Responsible for the medical file and its follow-up by first-line doctors.
- Ensures correct information flow between doctors, paramedical disciplines, the interdisciplinary team, and users.
- Works closely with the head of medical policy, the head nurse, and the head of physiotherapy to optimize integrated operations at the facility level.
- Acts as the connecting link between general practitioners, second-line doctors, and paramedical teams.
- Coordinates medical follow-up, prevention and vaccination programs, medication policy, and contacts with external partners (e.g., the first-line zone).
- Shares expertise, provides training, and supports staff in medical disciplines.
- Organizes medical consultations, ensures the quality operation of the medical service, procedures, on-call duties, and medical follow-up in emergencies.
- Communicates clearly with colleagues, parents, pharmacy, and external networks.
