As a developer, you activate residents and guide them to the best (work)place. After a diagnosis, you determine, together with colleagues from the diagnostic team, to which developer the resident will be transferred. You help the resident find their path to a smile and document this in a trajectory plan. These plans can be focused on trajectories with partners, mediation to work, other trajectories, or referral to the correct care trajectory.
You encourage the resident to take initiative and support them in their development within a municipal organization.

What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with efficiency and legality issues within the Participation Act of a municipal organization
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Participation Act and its target groups
- Recent experience with Suite/GWS
