As a Casemanager, you will use your absenteeism expertise to help employees return to the workplace sustainably and recovered. You will play a key role in absenteeism guidance, reintegration, and strict stakeholder management within an organization specialized in health and work.
What you will do.
- Conduct absenteeism and evaluation interviews during continued salary payment and sick leave
- Maintain close contact with the implementing agency, the occupational health service, managers
- Advise managers and leadership on relevant legislation and the approach to absenteeism
- Analyze absenteeism figures within your region and translate insights into concrete advice
- Act as a sparring partner for less experienced colleagues
- Bear full responsibility for complex (re)integration files of long-term sick flexible employees
What they ask
- Completed HBO education (or MBO-4 with demonstrable HBO work and thinking level)
- Extensive work experience as an Absenteeism Casemanager
- Completed Regie op Verzuim (CRO/ROV) training
- Knowledge of the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) and ERD is a plus

- You will start with a one-year contract, with a one-month probationary period.
