What you will do.
- Within a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with company doctors and other professionals.
- As a process guardian, you will ensure that all stakeholders carry out the correct steps according to the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
- You will be a point of contact for colleagues, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the development of junior colleagues.
- You will play a central role in guiding sick employees towards sustainable recovery.
- You will advise employers and employees on absenteeism, reintegration, and relevant laws and regulations.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level and a CROV/ROV/RCCM qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of absenteeism
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Engaged and socially oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Skilled in providing solicited and unsolicited advice
Practical
- A gross salary of €3,700 - €5,500 per month, depending on experience
