We are looking for an SRE expert to take technical leadership in the transformation of a SaaS platform operating 24/7 in production, serving international multi-clients, on heterogeneous foundations (Azure and sovereign cloud). You will join a Platform team of 7 people, in an English-speaking environment within a technology organization.
What you do
- Lead the "as code" transition of production and non-production environments on both cloud foundations
- Drive full PostgreSQL convergence with complete Oracle exit
- Enhance reliability of messaging and data foundations
- Implement platform observability (SLI/SLO, dashboards, alerts)
- Contribute to overall cost reduction (FinOps arbitration)
- Describe the technical backlog and build/maintain the platform roadmap (6-12 months)
Profile
- 15 years or more of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering
- Proven experience in leading a complete IaC transformation on an existing infrastructure
- Experience in proactive security initiatives (hardening, secret and certificate management, vulnerability/EOL monitoring, pentest remediation)
- Ability to provide true technical leadership, to carry a subject from end to end, and to engage a team without hierarchical links
- Strong SRE culture: risk and measurement-based approach, systematic automation, and cost sensitivity
- Experience with sovereign cloud or a private foundation with a restricted service catalog is a real asset
