For a government organization, an experienced Team Manager Governance & Organization is sought to lead a versatile team and to further develop the operational management of the organization.
What you do
- You lead professionals within HR, Communication, Legal Affairs, Governance Advisory, Cabinet, and Trainees.
- You do not act as a content specialist, but as a manager who connects people, stimulates ownership, and ensures that professionals can perform optimally.
- An important part of the assignment is the further development of the Governance & Organization team and integrated advisory services.
- You play a role in broader organizational developments concerning, among other things, management development, Lean, systematic working, culture, digitalization, data, and AI.
What they ask
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience within a government organization.
- Minimum of a completed HBO bachelor's degree.
- Experience as a manager within operational management.

- A completed WO (university) degree.
- Concrete experience with AI, digitalization, and data within a government organization.
