As a Project Consultant, you will work on a permanent contract on a project basis for various organizations.
- This role offers a lot of variety, with projects typically lasting 3 to 12 months.
- The job content and sector change per assignment.
- The first project lasts a minimum of 6 months and involves a Payroll Officer position at a well-known player in the transport and travel sector.
- After this project, a seamless transition to a next assignment at another interesting company will be ensured.
What You Will Do.
- You are responsible for correct payroll and personnel administration in collaboration with a social secretariat.
- You manage all administrative HR processes, from onboarding and offboarding to social documents and Dimona declarations.
- You check performance, contracts, and personnel data and ensure accurate follow-up.
- You are the point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and internal stakeholders.
- You work closely with planning, accounting, and management and contribute to smooth salary processing.

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree or have gained sufficient relevant experience.
- You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English.
- You switch easily between software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
