For an international logistics and supply chain organization, we are looking for a flexible Facilities Coordinator. You will be the connecting link between colleagues, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that the work environment functions optimally. What you do
As a Facilities Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth running of all facility processes within the organization. You are visibly present on the work floor, oversee maintenance work, guide external parties, and ensure that everything is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to agreements. Approximately 75% of your activities consist of operational and executive tasks, while 25% focuses on administration, planning, and coordination.
- Coordinate daily maintenance and repair work
- Guide and manage external contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor the quality of cleaning, catering, and maintenance services
- Prepare assignments and check contract agreements
- Monitor planning, progress, and quality of work
- Perform checks on compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Coordinate internal relocations, workplace setups, and redesign projects
- Manage facility stocks and consumables
- Place orders and issue assignments via the ERP system
- Identify and resolve facility malfunctions and bottlenecks
- Maintain reports, registrations
- Actively contribute to process improvements within facility services
Profile
You are a proactive individual who maintains an overview and takes responsibility. You are practically oriented and easily switch between different tasks and interlocutors.
