An international organization operating in a highly regulated environment is seeking an Omnichannel Content Production Governance & Delivery Lead on a temporary basis to strengthen its omnichannel content production activities across its European and international markets.
What you will do. As Omnichannel Content Production Governance & Delivery Lead, you will coordinate the end-to-end production and delivery of omnichannel content and campaign assets across multiple international markets. You will act as the key link between markets, production teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are properly captured, prioritized, and delivered on time.
You will also oversee demand management, forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization, while establishing clear governance processes and providing management with reliable reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating omnichannel content requirements from initial intake through to delivery
- Establishing clear project plans, milestones, responsibilities
- Managing content production forecasts and anticipated demand across markets
- Comparing production demand with available capacity and identifying potential risks
- Managing and prioritizing the content production pipeline
- Coordinating stakeholders across markets and production teams
- Establishing and maintaining consistent governance processes
- Producing clear, forward-looking portfolio reporting for leadership
- Monitoring delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints and ensuring timely escalation
- Continuously improving content production processes and ways of working
Profile
- Strong experience in project and delivery management, ideally within omnichannel content, campaign operations, marketing operations, or content production
- Proven experience coordinating complex projects or portfolios across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Practical experience with demand management, forecasting, capacity planning
- Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business and market requirements into concrete delivery plans
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable combining a hands-on operational approach with process and governance development
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment is strongly preferred
