Specialized Psychogeriatric Caregiver (GvP) or Primary Responsible Caregiver (EVV)

What you will do.

• You will work in a residential care center where personal attention for residents is central.
• You will work in a protected living environment where residents with ZZP5 and ZZP7 indications reside.
• You will provide care and guidance to residents with, among other things, dementia and complex behavior.
• You will pay attention to their personal wishes and needs and ensure a safe, familiar, and homely environment.
• You will signal changes in behavior and health, recognize peculiarities, and take action where necessary.
• You will work closely with colleagues, informal caregivers, family members, volunteers, and other disciplines.
• You will encourage residents' independence and contribute to their well-being and quality of life.
• You will be the point of contact for clients, colleagues, and other disciplines, providing advice and information.

What they ask

• A diploma as a Specialized Psychogeriatric Caregiver (GVP) or Primary Responsible Caregiver (EVV).
• Work experience is a plus.
• Good communication and social skills.
